Can one take allopathic medicines etc. along with homoeopathic medicines? Print E-mail
Monday, 03 July 2006

In long term diseases e.g. Diabetes, heart problems, etc. patients are already on some or the other medication. When homoeopathic treatment is started, patients should not discontinue their previous medications. Once the homoeopathic medicines start showing some effect, the other medicines should be slowly weaned off, according to the doctor’s advice. In emergencies or if the disease is diagnosed recently and other system of medication has not yet started, then in such cases homoeopathy alone can be taken .
